Terms of Service
Last updated: April 14, 2026
By using iHVAC, Dale, the dispatch system, or any iHVAC service, you agree to these terms. Beta-stage, intentionally simple — to be replaced with full counsel-reviewed terms before general availability.
Advisory only
iHVAC and Dale provide general informational guidance about HVAC systems. Dale is an AI agent, not a licensed contractor. Nothing said constitutes professional advice.
Platform role
When iHVAC matches a homeowner with a technician, we're a platform connecting independent parties. The service is performed by the licensed tech, not iHVAC. Payments, warranties, and service quality are the responsibility of the matched technician.
Liability
User is solely responsible for any actions taken, damage, injury, or loss. iHVAC expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied. HVAC work is subject to federal, state, and local licensing and code requirements (EPA Section 608 for refrigerant). iHVAC's total liability is limited to fees paid (for Dale: zero).
Governing law
Governed by the laws of Wisconsin. Disputes resolved in state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, WI.
